Information Center of the Ukraine’s National Security Service, the most difficult situation was in Luhansk sector yesterday.

About 11 a.m. militants attacked the car of the Ukrainian joint mobile anti-smuggling group. The Russia-backed mercenaries opened fire with a grenade launcher from the opposite side of the Seversky Donets river, when the car was on the road Lopaskyne – Trokhizbenka.

Also, a car with Ukrainian soldiers hit a mine on the road Hirske – Lysychansk.

There were three militants’ attacks on the contact line directly.

In Donetsk sector militants continued fighting of low intensity with occasional use of heavy weapons. The terrorists used 82mm and 120mm mortars for 5 times. The armed provocations were recorded on all fronts of the Svitlodarsk district, in the outskirts of Horlivka town and near the Donetsk airport.

In Mariupol direction militants were most active in the Mar’inka district as well as on the sector of the front line between Chermalyk and Shyrokyne. Here the mercenaries fired mortars for three times. The most active shelling on Ukrainian army’s positions lasted from noon to 18 p.m., then the shelling ceased.

Over the past day in the area of ​​ATO three Ukrainian soldiers were killed, forteen were wounded in action.
